Our Respiratory and Cardiac Maintenance programs are designed as post-rehabilitation – a way to transition into our community-based facility to further improve or maintain your current physical abilities. The program is ideal for those with heart conditions such as a heart attack, arrhythmias, or angina, or those with respiratory conditions such as COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), pulmonary fibrosis, chronic asthma, etc. It is the Abilities Centre’s intent to allow for a continuation of programming and support to assist in your physical health and in turn, your emotional and mental health as you improve your quality of life.
