Specialty Fitness Sessions




5K Finish Line
Starting September 24 - November 8
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6:30pm-7:30pm 
Abilities Centre Track 

For new or returning runners aiming to complete a 5km run, in a healthy, supportive, educational and fun group.  If participants choose, a 5km goal race can be selected and completed. Tuesday session will start with an informative themed chat, followed by a run.  Thursday sessions will begin with a run, followed by a light workout.

Members $60 | Non-members $120


Yoga Therapy (all ages)

This 1-1 session with a certified Yoga Therapist. Yoga therapy treats the person, not the disease/condition Yoga Therapy offers a lifestyle approach that compliments this model. Health must be approached from a comprehensive, whole a persons point of view to address lifestyle, personality, and mind-body relationship. Each bodypart and organ has role to play however, they cannot play in isolation. 1 Hour Sessions: $90+ tax for members/non-members and $120+ tax.

TRX (12 + yrs) 
Our certified TRX trainers will take you through our TRX Suspension Trainer equipment to help you complete a full-body workout and build a rock-solid core. 6 week session once a week $65 for members and $130 for non-members.

Ultimate Bootcamp (12 + yrs)
Easy to follow and very effective, the Ultimate Bootcamp offers a variety of different stations from ropes, barbells, resistance bands andmore. 6 week session, twice a week $85 + tax for members and $160 + tax for non-members.

Barbell Basic
(14 yrs plus) Join our certified personal trainer as they take you through and teach you the basics of free weights training, with compound movements done safely, increasing your knowledge in free weights. 4 week session, once a week $65 + tax for members and $130+ tax for non - members

Youth Fitness & Nutrition (12 - 14 yrs)
Join our Certified Coaches as they guide you through a 4 week course learning how the body functions, with safe techniques while working out. Also learning the importance of health eating, eating for your body. This course will qualify you to workout in the cardio area as well as the HUR fitness room. 4 week session once a week$80+ tax for members and $130+ tax for non-members.
