Starting Point Intro to Health & Wellness for Active Living
4 Week Sessions

4 week education course including hands on learning each week!
  • How to properly use cardio machines &
      weights appropriate for you
  • Learn about common health conditions & exercise benefits
  • Why and how to stretch properly
  • Demos of exercise & activities included

Active Pole Walking

Stay Active Indoors… Add poles to your walk!
Improve your walking endurance & strength by activating up to
90% of your muscles! Reduce impact on joints!​

Thursdays 10:00am-11:00am
$40 for members, $60 for non-members
  • March 7th – April 11th
  • April 25th  – May 30th
  • Learn or refresh your memory of pole walking technique!
  • Includes warm up, strengthening exercises and pole walking on indoor track.
  • FREE Pre & Post-Program Assessment of walking speed & strength!
  • Bring your own poles or use the poles offered:
  • ACTIVATOR for Stability Or NORDIC poles for experienced/active walkers!
