Leadership in Training

Leadership in Training (LIT) is a program designed for youth of all abilities, and aimed to develop and enhance leadership skills needed in today’s labour market! This dynamic, “FREE,” interactive eleven (11) week training program will focus on communication skills, inclusion and accessibility training, self-advocacy, employability skills and understanding basic financial literacy and concepts. LIT will empower today’s youth to become the leaders of tomorrow! The Leadership in Training youth program is generously supported by RBC Foundation.
