$40 for members, $60 for non-members

4 week education course including hands on learning each week!

Active Pole Walking
Stay Active Indoors… Add poles to your walk!
Improve your walking endurance & strength by activating up to

Thursdays 10:00am-11:00am | Ages 55+ | $40 for members, $60 for non-members
 
  • Learn or refresh your memory of pole walking technique!
  • Includes warm up, strengthening exercises and pole walking on indoor track.
  • FREE Pre & Post-Program Assessment of walking speed & strength!
  • Bring your own poles or use the poles offered:
  • ACTIVATOR for Stability Or NORDIC poles for experienced/active walkers!
