TIME™ is a community- based exercise program for people with a range of neuromuscular conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis or acquired brain injury. Anyone with a neuromuscular condition who can walk at least 10 metres, with or without a walking aid, is encouraged to participate.

The classes are supervised by a Registered Kinesiologist and other trained fitness instructors. Classes are 60-minutes in length and focus mainly on strength, balance, coordination, and endurance.

*Please note: you must complete a physician referral form by a referring doctor or healthcare specialist to be accepted into this program. Please find this form attached to the brochure link below. Once completed and signed, please return it to Jessica or our Welcome Desk and schedule an assessment with Jessica before finalizing your registration*

Classes are offered:
Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:00-1:00pm or 1:30-2:30pm
Wednesdays & Fridays 12:00-1:00pm

Sessions vary in length based on the season.

Meet Jessica

Jessica Cohan is the Lead of Post-Rehabilitation Programs at the Abilities Centre. After studying Kinesiology and graduating with a Bachelor of Health Science, Jessica successfully became a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. Her interest in fitness and studying the movement of the body combined with her passion for helping others motivates her to continuously improve Abilities Centre’s Post-Rehabilitation programs.
