TIME™ is a community- based exercise program for people with a range of neuromuscular conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis or acquired brain injury. Anyone with a neuromuscular condition who can walk at least 10 metres, with or without a walking aid, is encouraged to participate.

The classes are supervised a trained fitness instructor. Classes are 60-minutes in length and focus mainly on strength, balance, coordination, and endurance.

*Please note: you must complete a physician referral form by a referring doctor or healthcare specialist to be accepted into this program. Please find this form attached to the brochure link below. Once completed and signed, please return it to  our Welcome Desk and schedule an assessment before finalizing your registration*
