Members and Guests,
As a charity, we strive to keep the cost of programs and services as low as possible. One way that we are able to do this is by occasionally renting out the Centre for community events. On Saturday May 11th, 2024, Abilities Centre is excited to announce that we will be hosting RBC Training Ground at our Centre. Abilities Centre will be closed on Saturday May 11th to our members and will re-open and return to our normal opening hours on Sunday May 12th, 2024 at 8:00am.
What is RBC Training Ground?
RBC Training Ground is a talent identification and athlete funding program designed to find young athletes with Olympic potential, and provide them with the resources they need to achieve their podium dreams. With the belief that high performance sports should be accessible to all athletes that are talented, qualified and have the will to compete, this program travels the country searching for athletes between the ages of 14 and 25 that will fuel the Canadian Olympic pipeline.

Monthly fire alarm testing
Monthly fire alarm testing will take place from 7:00 am to 7:30 am on the dates listed below. Please keep in mind that there will be loud bells and flashing lights during this time.
