Bring your class to Abilities Centre for an interactive experience of education, inclusion and fun!
Field Trips with Abilities Centre are offered on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Packages we offer:
Kin Ball Games & Activities (can be held at Abilities Centre or your school)
Activities will include our 4’ Omnikin ball and other games to encourage movement and development of physical literacy.
Parasport (only at Abilities Centre- suggested for grade 5+)
Participants will learn the basics of wheelchair basketball or roller sledge hockey and practice skills and game play.
Field Trip Packages offer students of all grades a unique balance of learning and play. The core field trip includes active, on-court experiences where students explore teamwork, leadership, and inclusive play through fun challenges and activities.
For an even deeper experience, schools can add on education sessions -covering topics including accessibility, inclusion, teamwork, or leadership. These add-on sessions (30–60 minutes) provide an engaging classroom-style component and must be booked in addition to the on-court portion of the field trip.
*Field trip costs are not finalized until booked with Abilities Centre, as costs depend upon size of the group, duration, and location of the field trip.
*Field trips can be 60 or 90 minutes in length.
